Soy Sauce (or Tamari if you’re gluten free) 2 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice (from 1 juicy lemon) 2 tbsp. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp. Sesame Oil 2 tbsp. Green Onions or Chives, Chopped (for garnish) Lemon Wedges (for garnish) How to Make: Step 1 Whisk together the chili sauce, soy/tamari sauce, lemon juice, and olive oil in a small bowl. Step 2 Place tuna steaks in a large zip-top bag. Pour in the chili sauce mixture. Marinate for at least 10 minutes or in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours. Step 3 Sprinkle sesame oil in a stovetop skillet and turn to medium heat. Discard the marinade and add the marinated tuna steaks to the skillet.
